If they're anything like the crappy ones that Alvarion supply with with
their fixed wireless equipment - old BreezeAccess stuff - then no, they
couldn't be repaired. When they fail they tend to go off with a bang,
usually splitting the sealed-together case apart and leaving bare mains
voltage connections and usually a radio cabinet full of shrapnel. These
were made by Alvarion in Israel and seem to have been built with their
typical disdain for non-Israelis.
