That was my thought. It was made by Storagetek, and is relatively simple
inside. One large PCB, I seem to remember one ASIC but everything else
identifiable.
I don't have much use for it (I don't have anything that can control a
channel, the only other IBM channel compatible device I own is a DX11),
but it is still an interesting item in the collection.
