Yes, it does. So does tcl. And tcl has been around for quite some
time...since the early 80s, as I recall.
Unix shell scripts qualify too I suppose.
And Java comes close, but with the added security of the compiler being
seperate.
(And with the exception of Unix shell scripts, they'll all work on any
modern platform, not just one particular line)
