least, just by doing that you can face a charge of

*sigh* Yes, here in the US they let us own a great deal more dangerous
weapons once we've reached the age of majority (I think it may be a
secret population control plan). I don't think they're worried about
people getting a (generally non-lethal) shock from camera flashes.
I keep wondering when they're going to change the UK flag to be reflective
silver stripes on a safety yellow background...
