If the motor is verifiably 50Hz, the probability is overwhelming that
it's 220V. However, you might post a photo of the power connector
somewhere--there are countries (e.g. Australia) with 220V 50Hz power
where the mains connector looks a lot like a North American 2-blade
connector.
