Skip this one, I looked at a couple of flip chips I
have and see the edge
connectors are single sided, so all the pins can be accounted for on the extender.
I just looked at a couple of flip chip modules - they're all double sided. But
they are M-series
modules (slightly newer, using 74xx TTL ICs, from pdp8/i and pdp8/l and RK05)...
