There's a list of IMD "compatible"
motherboards and chipsets on Dave's site, but it's not completely accurate. For
example, I had been using an Abit KT7A motherboard (on the list) for some time, until I
discovered it wouldn't handle single-density (250Kbps FM).
I'm using a KT7A-RAID and I've been using it to read & write
single-density TRS-80 model 1 disks without any issues. I've also had to
resort to using teledisk to image 3.5" floppies from the HP150 because
ImageDisk absolutely refuses to read them.
