This could be done with a well maintained web page. Those using it would
agree to abide by some groud rules, ie. if you have a wanted posting and
someone finds and acquires the system for you then you must buy it from
them. One way to keep the postings fresh is to have them expire after a
week or some reasonably determined time period. That will ensure that
listings do not go stale. The wantee would then be required to re-post
his/her want regularly.
Hmmm, I think I'll create just such a service at the VCF web page. This
would be nice for advertising.
