I've had good luck with center punching the top of the brass retaining
pins in these kinds of locks, then drilling halfway through their depth
with a small drill. I then use a small screw extractor to pull the
retaining pin out. Once those pins are out, it is trivial to rekey the
lock if you have a stash of tumbler pins or know a locksmith.
