It was a PBX, based off a PDP-8 and some custom
boards.
The top part of the rack, the 8, and most of those custom boards were completely
destroyed.
Wat king of PDP-8? And is thier really no chance of salvaging some of the
boards, even just to pull chips?
Anyway, What's a 68010 do?
Halfway between a 68008 and a 68012.
Seriously, the 68010 is essentially a slightly upgraded 68000, to make
dealling with a MMU a little easier.
Anyone have pinouts/assembler refrences/etc?
Bother Motorola for some databooks - they are quite good, and free.
Can I make it do something interesting?
Sure, but if you want to play with a M68K chipset, I would look into using
a 68020 - thet are cheap and are a little easier to interface to.
