As for the language, I've always thought that if
you
wouldn't say it in the boardroom or in front of a reporter,
you shouldn't say it on a mailing list.
I was on BBSs a lot before the net, and bad, ie dirty, language was a sure
sign of pimpled teenager taking dads computer for a test drive. I can be
dork in real life more than sufficient for my needs, so why wave a flag on
the net where people can think you are a civilized decent person?
