Who made the last 14" HD's? The last 8" HD's, are they still making
5.25" HD's? When will the last 3.5" be sold....
So we can really expand this to see what the timeline has been, its like
the floppies.... doesn't anyone still make floppy disks brand new or
are we just buying up NOS ?

My stock of HDs has plenty of names that no longer exist (Fujitsu, Maxtor, Connor,
Micropolis, Quantum, and maybe a JPS drive). I am sure there are dozens of companies that
died before my collecting interest.
I wonder if WD will be the last company standing making spinning disks before SSD takes
over all markets.
