If they were metal, I'd say to keep them, but with plastic ones maybe it's
not worth retaining them if they're prone to age-related wear. It depends
whether they're in your way and what you're likely to use them for, though.
Personally I tend to hoard things "just in case" and only have a clear-out
when I need the storage space for something else.
I did have a comparatively-recent [plastic] processor fan die on me the
other week; one of the blades actually parted company with the hub, jammed
in the heatsink below, and locked everything solid - a failure type I've
not seen before. Maybe they don't make them like they used to... :-)
