I'll second that. We used to use 'em in hi-res
document scanning and imaging solutions. I remember
thinking that I'd prefer the uber-high res mono
displays to lesser-res color any day of the week.
The first machine I ever saw running x-windows
was also high-res mono; it had such a clean, crisp
appearance-- I was hooked.

but I think most of the Cornerstone displays were high-resolution
grayscale,
with high-resolution grayscale gfx adapters.
I used one of those many years ago - probably the best monochrome tube
I have ever seen.
