Former ET1(SS) (navigation ET, Poseidon C-3) Six patrols aboard the
luxurious
USS George Washington Carver, SSBN 656, Gold crew; short period of
instructor duty for maintenance courses at the Naval Submarine School in
Groton; two years getting an A.S. at Thames Valley State Technical College
in Norwich, and two years at FBM Operational Test Support Unit Two
(testing the Trident-II navigation subsystem).
