No, as others have pointed out... it will run RSTS fine, RT-11, and
2.9BSD as well, but not 2.11BSD.
I have one with a KT-24(?) memory extension and a meg or so of RAM
(the 11/24 has a 22-bit address bus, if you have the extra card to use
the 4 extra address bits).
The CPU itself, though, is an F-11 chip, same as the 11/23.
