I think you've 'hit the nail on the head'.
But there really is nothing special about 99% of
Wintel boxes.
See, but the remaining 1% is what I realy like. And as
tighter the 'Standard' became, as more interesting are
the ways designer tried to add something that would
make their work worthwhile.
