So what is wrong with having a working TV?
Nothing, per se. I just don't find enough on the air that I consider
worth watching to be worth getting/maintaining one.
I'd guess I watch less than a hundred hours of TV a year, with
(almost?) all of that being high-level hockey or football (soccer, to
North Americans). ("High-level" means I don't watch regular season,
just things like the Stanley Cup playoffs or the World Cup.)
