OSs - just look at the Tandy 100/102/200, M$'s HH/OS in the Tandy 600, and
other examples out there in classicland...
And it's not *all* M$'s fault, either! I feel that XP would be about 1/2
size, if it wasn't for all the dancing dogs & wizards that those of us who
can actually run a computer don't need - they put it in there for all the
lusers...
XP can be reduced to 1/2 the size - without removing *any* functionality.
Drivers, wizards, etc. Remvoing services and stuff, you can go even further
down! The core OS, however, will still be intact. The core of XP isn't as
big as you'd think, it's really fun to chop it up and still have it work =]
