The do have a fraud option that you could follow. I've never had any luck
with it, however.

I've been using eBay over three years and have

fest right now, what I Am looking for is an email address
for contacting someone appropriate for customer service
at eBay directly. Their website is obtuse enough in not
giving this out easily.
