And when we do, we employ our customary overkill. For example, a 6.5
hp gasoline-powered mulching self-propelled model for a postage-
stamp-sized front yard. Anything larger requires a riding mower,
preferably made by John Deere.
Unpowered reel-type mowers are considered to be "quaint".
For cleanup, nothing will do but a 2-cycle gasoline-powered blower
that puts out over 100 dB employed to best effect before 7 AM.
