As close as you'll get in an EPROM, modulo chip select polarities. Someone
on the list promised me a few some years ago, but I never got them :-(

that it would be a 4K rom...
Nope, it's 8K. A DEC 23-xxxE4 part number specifies 8K ROM. I expect
8232 is the date code.
