You misread my comment. It was Sirius/Victor who sued a small US east
coast TV and appliance dealer over the "Victor" name that they'd been
using for 30 years. I was surprised that they didn't also sue Victor
Products (who'd been around since 1928) and Smith-Victor. Too big, I guess.
