interpretations I could guess is that it's either some sort of
Tesla reference, or that maybe Leadville is out in the middle of nowhere
without adequate electricity.
No, the electricity is fine there. However, it is not possible to
operate most VAX systems there within the rated specifications of all
of the subsystems.
If no one figures it out in a few days, I'll explain.
