Just install the new drive as the second drive. Create a partition on it
and format it for the correct filesystem (fat16/fat32).
Boot windows.
Open a command prompt.
Type "unlock"
after you come back to the prompt, enter :
XCOPY c:. d:. /c /h /e /r /y /k
exactly as above including spaces between arguments.
This will move the entire contents of the original drive to the new one
including makeing the drive bootable and ready to go as the main drive.
Swap drives physically and enjoy.
