Joe, what type of insurance are you referring to? AFAIK insurance is
required for motorcycles same as it is for cars here in FL. IMHO it's crazy to be on a motorcycle without a
helmet,
IMO it's crazy to ride a motorcycle in Orlando at all! That's why
my Honda 550 is sitting in the back yard rusting away.
so why not just
abandon the helmet requirement and let Darwin have the last word . . .
Maybe that's what the state wants :-/
