Are you saying that cctalk gets ALL posts? If so that might explain
the occasional complaint that "are off topic" I get on the cctalk
list. Some people don't realize which list they are responding to.

He's getting duplicate posts because he's subscribed to both lists, cctech
and cctalk.
Many people seem to have done this, but set one of their list subscriptions
to "no mail". The "no mail" flag setting was lost in the migration
because
the memberlist migration tools don't preserve that particular setting (or
the password).
As a result, if anyone is getting duplicate posts, please verify first if
you are subbed to both cctech and cctalk. If you are, please unsub from one
or the other. OR, if you must, at least set the "no mail" flag on one of
them.
