Yeah, me too: I'm interested in that stuff, and it hurts to contemplate
it being junked, but there's no way I'm going to get out there and pick
it up. It's on the wrong side of the continent, in a country it'd take
a lot more than even rescuing VAXen to get me into willingly, and I'm
already short of physical space.
I think the only real hope is that suggestion someone made of a truck
roll picking stuff up and dropping it off with various people across
the continent. (Despite the physical space issues, I wasn't kidding
about chipping in on such a thing; I do have enough space to take a
MicroVAX or two.)
