If they're leaking, no question--you WILL need to replace them.
Replacement of simple 2-terminal SMT devices can usually be performed
with a fine-tip conventional soldering iron. You might also want to
investigate Chip-Quick low-temperature fusible alloy if you're
nervous about damaging the board.
Replacements should be no farther away than your DigiKey or Mouser
catalog.
There are lots of videos on SMT rework on YouTube that explain the
process much better than I could in words.
