Timeout: Is it perhaps expecting an interrupt but doesn't get one in a
reasonable amount of time? Maybe something wrong in the interrupt
grant chain? Do you have an empty slot above this board into which you
need to insert a grant continuity card?

...is there some diagnosting software for the CXY08 existing for VMS
and if yes, where can I get it?

Since you have an error count in there, I would expect there to be
something in the error log. Might be worth checking what it says...
