Odd question to ask on this list. For nostalgia, for

completing a collection, but /practical applicability/ is about bottom

I do not run any CDC machiens, so it's not goinh to be of use to me
running them
I am not a programmer, so I am unliukely to attempt to implement this
version of a language on some other hardware
Surprisingly, althought I am a physicist, I have never written a single
line of Fortran.
So quite why do you think this manaul would ahve been of use to me?
