([...] I get SO SICK AND TIRED of people in other
countries going on
and on about how every American is somehow born with a silver spoon
in his/her mouth, we're all so spoiled, etc etc [...])
As true as this is, there are far too many places on this planet with
respect to which even today's USA is amazingly well off.
