must be good?
I don't think that differs fundamentally from "the market will bear
it". Here we come back to P.T. Barnum and his d(suckers)/dT = 1/min
equation.
I mean, there are reasons for all manner of pricing on support
contracts, but they generally come down to "what will people pay for
this?" and "how can we amortize our development and support costs?".
