This is a complete free state-of-the-art environment
for emulating
enough of an Atari machine on modern hardware to run GEM apps and
software. It's pretty impressive.
The underpinnings remind me a little of JET (Just Enough TOS) that allowed
MiNT to run on Macintoshes.
