I would assume its easy if you are just throwing the contents into a few
trash bins out back. Moving the contents in an organized fashion without
breaking anything would be a bit impossible (hence the bet, and the break it
you bought it clause).

The scary thing is that I have seen a team of two guys actually clean up a
warehouse pile like that in 24 hours.
