Sellam,
The board in the center row, right-hand side is the TTY interface board.
The long vector hardware is most probably that odd board added in the
core memory section, top right in the picture.

It doesn't say anything about the long-vector option, although I could've
swore he did (maybe it's there and I just didn't see it in my quick
