I assume we're talking about the machine definition of "computer" and not
the previous definition of "a person who computes."

Well, IIRC, the ANSI X3J3 (FORTRAN) spec says that a human being is also
considered to be a "computer" as well. :) But I'm hardly lighter than
120g,
nor smaller than a smartphone!
