Maybe. I personally don't see the need though, as SCSI hard drives
are so incredibly common that I don't see the need to make
replacements for them. Maybe in ten years, but at the moment, SCSI
disks are plentiful.
What *would* be incredibly useful (albeit much more
complicated)
would be a modern replacement for an ST506 type drive - something
that is getting harder to come by.
I'd vote for one of those. I'd even pay for one of those :-)
