Some is, most isn't. I quite seriously have too many of the things to
bag up individually - I don't have that many small antistatic bags.
Actually, I don't have that many A/S bags at all, and in big
motherboard ones, the collection would fit a packing case, not a
carrier bag.
Nonetheless, I upgraded a few machines with some of them recently and
all Just Worked(tm) and passed various RAM tests.
