The 128K, 512K and Plus are all the same. Likewise, the SE and the SE/30 share a common
pinout - and the Classic and Classc II boards are interchangeable with each other.

the same, but I'm not sure if all Pluses had the keypad - and possibly send different
codes - or not)
The keyboards are completely interchangeable. You can use the "short" keyboard
on the Plus, and the Plus keyboard on the 128K/512K. The numeric keypad will even work on
the older Macs too.
The mice are similarly compatible. All of the Apple 9-pin mice are interchangeable, and
work on the Apple II Mouse Card, the Apple //c port, the Lisa and the Macintosh
128K/512K/Plus.
I don't actually *have* a keyboard for my Plus
right now, but I have one lined up to
collect when I'm next in England - in the meantime though I could at least see if
the board
powers up and shows signs of life.
Much of the Macintosh operating system is mouse driven, so you can do a fair bit without
the keyboard. With the "Key Caps" control panel, you can even enter text without
a keyboard! Very clumsy and slow, but, I suppose if you were desperate after having just
spilled a Coke into your keyboard and you REALLY needed to finish that term paper, you
could do it...
