Can someone explain RSTS/E version numbers to me?
They seem to be all over the place: V2A-19, V4A-12, V4B-17, V5A-21,
V5B-24, V5C-01, V6A-02, V6B-02, V6C-03.
Then it seems to have switched scheme but the "-number" suffix
reappears: V7.0, V7.2, V8.0-06.
Any clarification would be helpful.
