I don't think he is! But on XP or later "tab completion" is usually turned
on. So you can navigate round the folder using the "tab" key. So if you know
the first letter of the file ane, and want to edit it with "notepad" just
do "notepad f" and hit tab. Then windows will tab round all the files and
directories beginning with "f" in the current directory. If you want to go
down a directory, just hit "\" when you get to the directory you want to go
into, to go up from the start do ".\" and you can tabe round the level
above...
