in my primary house I use a DIR-825 dual band for the main router, and
have three DAP-1522 dual bands in the rest of the house. Odd, mine all
say D-link on them, not linksys ;)
I prefer the dual band, as I can keep all the media (TV, audio, etc.)
on the 5ghz band and keep the data traffic on the 2.4ghz band.
