Unless I'm mistaken, Leopard doesn't run on G3 macs at all, no matter
how slow they are. I thought it only supported G4 and G5. :D
Am I correct in my thinking?

Yes, but Leopard (10.5) doesn't run on a machine
that old.
To be fully accurate, Leopard doesn't run on a machine that slow. ?I
believe the cutoff was 867MHz. ?And as was announced at WWDC on
Monday, Snow Leopard doesn't support any of the PPC machines.
