Also, do you really mean SQ37 instead of DQ37?
I could be mistaken. The board is not in front of me.
If so that is just part of
the model number with the SQ37 screened on the board and a smaller sticker
next to it with something like 06A.
I have an SQ3706A, REV H, firmware REV L.
Hmm... I remember the ?Q37 in copper in the upper-left corner of the
board, but I don't remember any stickers next to that. Perhaps it has
the number in a easier-to-interpret fashion somewhere I wasn't
looking.
I'll have a chance late in the holiday weekend to check the board
again. I'll keep your numbers in mind when I examine the board.
I'd have to plug it into a system and power it up
to remember if can do
both MSCP and TMSCP at the same time.
I'm not as gung-ho about needing it to do both at the same time (the
Emulex UC07 can't... you pick one or the other, probably part of the
reason for the UC08, which is two independent UC07 circuits on the
same physical card). If it does MSCP (disks) at all, I'm good with
it. I have SCSI DAT drives, though I'm unlikely to need that on a
MicroVAX or PDP-11, and I do have a TSZ07, but if I can't hang it on
the same bus as disks, I won't lose any sleep. I have other options
(like the QT131 and a TU80) for Qbus magtape.
Mine is also the s-handle version with an MMJ config
port.
Yep. I do have the MMJ config port - the wires pretty clearly trace
down to a MAX232, so I was planning on plugging in a terminal if I
can't find docs, just to see what the board tells me.
Here's an edited list of Dilog docs on Bitsavers...

2120-0209_SQ739_SCSI_MSCP_Disk_and_Tape_Controller_Oct91.pdf
SQ706A_SCSI_MSCP_Disk_Controller_Oct89.pdf
The SQ706 and SQ739 are dual-height cards.
