That has memory, IO, and has a CPU? Well doesn't that make the
matchbox-sized ECU that my Nissan had to tell it to turn on the
"idle-up" solenoid when the headlights, heated rear window, heater fan
or radiator fan came on? If I recall correctly that had one of the
mask-programmed 6502 28-pin variants, a 6116 and some TTL buffers
driving a big transistor.
