Heh, wow.. ugly! Now I recall that mine is a Kaypro 10, I always confuse
the two.
You may learn a lot from determining the function that the lifted-pin
serves on the ROM chip; maybe it's an enable/disable feature, or perhaps it
changes where it maps in memory? As for the Advent CPU board, I'd first
guess that the toggle controls the CPU speed for compatibility purposes -
isn't the Z8400B a 6-8MHz device?
