I like the computer to execute code as I write it. That is why I favor
original C over modern stuff and I yet to convinced of 'objects'. The
same goes with the FPGA logic I am writing (AHDL vs the NAME BRAND)
- my logic as I write it. I was lucky I had simple computers like the
PDP-8 to learn on, none of the more complex systems. Physical awareness
I think has to do alot with what is inside a complex system, like a
computer, more you abstract it harder it is for a single person to make
changes in the system. That is getting to be a sad thing as only
Micro-soft or Amazon can have the resources to design a new product,
and yet the suits* keep the guy/gal with new ideas from having a say.

You can read that as 'suits' or 'lawsuits'.
