Second-hand meggers are not hard to find in the UK, and are not that
expensive (I paid \pounds 25.00 for an insulation tester, not Megger
brand, but well built, and with selectable test voltages, etc).
What would you suggest I look for in a tester? I've been thinking about
getting one for awhile, but I wasn't sure what to look for? Any particular
brand or functions to look for or even avoid?
