Consider HP calculators for a moment. I am not interested in some of the
rare models like the HP10A or HP70. They don't have features that I want
(heck, neither of those are even programmable). But I do like HP41s.
Much easier to find, and certainly a lot more fun to program, modify,
hack about with.
My favorite PDP-11 is the 11/70. It is certainly not the rarest or the
fastest, but for some reason it has stuck with me as my favorite submodel.
